Access to clean and safe water is a basic necessity for the people on the planet. Water from different sources must be first treated to make it fit for use in homes and other buildings. This is accomplished through the installation of water treatment systems. Since the water can be from different sources, it can have different levels of contaminants which will need to be removed or filtered out for the different purposes that the water is to be employed in. The water treatment system has a number of different stages through which the raw water must be processed. These stages are as follows: 1. Coagulation: The raw water is collected in a reservoir or water tank, after which, coagulation is carried out to remove the majority of the contaminants.
